Da Vinci's Inquest # 1 and Growing

Syndicated Crime Drama #1 in 9 Markets and Up By 21% Nationally

Los Angeles, CA - October 5, 2005 - Just three weeks into its syndicated U.S. debut, and both buzz and ratings continue to build for Da Vinci's Inquest. Distributor Program Partners today announced that the highly acclaimed crime drama has soared to #1 in its time slot in nine metered markets, including Miami, Sacramento, Pittsburgh, Baltimore, Charlotte, Salt Lake City, San Antonio, Tulsa and Fort Myers. Additionally, the series grew to a 1.7 national rating, up 21% from the show's premiere week rating of 1.4.

"With these results, Da Vinci is taking its rightful place as one of the top new shows in syndication this year," said Ritch Colbert of Program Partners. Added Josh Raphaelson, also of Program Partners, "We look forward to continued momentum for Da Vinci's Inquest, as its addictive appeal drives ratings even higher."

Produced by Haddock Entertainment and Barna-Alper Productions, Da Vinci's Inquest is an award-winning prime-time procedural drama in the mold of the CSI and Law and Order franchises and is one of the most honored series in the history of Canadian television. Dominic Da Vinci (Nicholas Campbell) is the controversial coroner who - with the help of a compelling ensemble cast of forensic investigators, pathologists and homicide detectives - "speaks for the dead to protect the living."

Program Partners is marketing the series as an outgrowth of its worldwide distribution agreement with Thunderbird Films.
