| Syndicated Series Scores a 1.9 for Final Week of Sweeps - Averages a 1.9 Los Angeles, CA - December 7, 2005 - Wrapping up its first major sweep, critically acclaimed crime drama Da Vinci's Inquest spiked up +6% week-to-week, delivering a 1.9 AA rating for the final week of the all-important November 2005 sweeps period. The power performance also brings the November 2005 sweep average for Da Vinci's Inquest to a 1.9 AA, up 36% from its U.S. premiere in September. The syndicated series' U.S. distributor, Program Partners, announced today that Da Vinci's Inquest maintained or gained on November 2004 time period history in 27 metered markets, including New York, Los Angeles, and Chicago. Da Vinci's Inquest also retained 100% or more of its lead-in share in 29 metered markets, including New York, Chicago, and Philadelphia. The freshman weekend hour was #1 in its time period in the November book in metered markets that include Atlanta, Houston, Sacramento, Hartford, San Antonio, Norfolk, Las Vegas, Tulsa, and Fort Myers.
