Da Vinci's Inquest Scores A New Season High

Syndicated Crime Drama #1 in 15 Markets and Up 10% Week-to-Week

Los Angeles, CA - December 13, 2005 - Fresh off a great November book, critically acclaimed crime series Da Vinci's Inquest, kept its momentum going into December by picking up a healthy +5% week-to-week matching its season high 2.0 AA% and reaching a new season best 2.2 GAA% - up a big +10% week-to-week, according to the latest Nielsen data. The boost in GAA% brings the freshman premiere-to-date average up a tenth to a firm 2.0 GAA% for the year. The syndicated series' U.S. distributor, Program Partners, announced that Da Vinci's Inquest also delivered big numbers in the local markets, ranking #1 in its time period in 15 metered markets including: Philadelphia, Dallas, Washington D.C., Houston, Seattle, Miami, Pittsburgh, Baltimore, Indianapolis, Charlotte, Hartford, Kansas City, Salt Lake City, San Antonio and Fort Meyers.

"Da Vinci's Inquest's continued growth and success is a result of its addictive-appeal," said Josh Raphaelson, of Program Partners. "This series proves the value of procedural crime drama blocks in syndication today."

Produced by Haddock Entertainment and Barna-Alper Productions, Da Vinci's Inquest is an award-winning prime-time procedural drama in the mold of the CSI and Law and Order franchises and is one of the most honored series in the history of Canadian television. Dominic Da Vinci (Nicholas Campbell) is the controversial coroner who - with the help of a compelling ensemble cast of forensic investigators, pathologists and homicide detectives - "speaks for the dead to protect the living."

Program Partners is marketing the series as an outgrowth of its worldwide distribution agreement with Thunderbird Films.
