Da Vinci's Inquest Grows Four Weeks in a Row, Matches Season-to-Date High

'Fastest Growing Weekend Hour' Scores a 2.0, Up 43% from its Debut Week, and Ranks #1 in 17 Local Metered Markets

Los Angeles, CA - January 23, 2006 - Topping a string of four consecutive weeks of growth and matching its season-to-date high, the critically acclaimed Da Vinci's Inquest heads into NATPE a roaring success. The syndicated crime drama has scored a 2.0 HH AA%, up 5% week-to-week and up 43% from its September 2005 debut, according to the latest Nielsen data. Da Vinci's distributor, Program Partners, announced that the series also delivered big local ratings, ranking #1 in its time period in 17 metered markets, including: Chicago, San Francisco, Washington DC, Atlanta, Houston, Phoenix, Minneapolis, Miami, Sacramento, Orlando, Baltimore, Charlotte, Kansas City, Columbus, Norfolk, Albuquerque and Fort Meyers.

Program Partners debuted Da Vinci's Inquest at NATPE last year, where the series received an overwhelming response. In the following months, the company reached distribution in more than 98% of the U.S., and the show has gone on to achieve ratings that consistently rank the series among the top four syndicated dramas. Da Vinci's Inquest has been called "the fastest growing weekend hour" due to its dramatic rise in prior weekly ratings above and beyond the performance of its U.S. debut in September '05.

In response to the growing popularity and demand for the procedural format and with Da Vinci's dramatic performance, Program Partners has recently announced two new, off-net procedural dramas for syndication, Cold Squad and Stone Undercover. These series will debut at NATPE as part of the company's new Crime Watch initiative. Program Partners is marketing the series as an outgrowth of its worldwide distribution agreement with Thunderbird Films.

Produced by Haddock Entertainment and Barna-Alper Productions, Da Vinci's Inquest is an award-winning prime-time procedural drama in the mold of the CSI and Law and Order franchises and is one of the most honored series in the history of Canadian television. Dominic Da Vinci (Nicholas Campbell) is the controversial coroner who - with the help of a compelling ensemble cast of forensic investigators, pathologists and homicide detectives - "speaks for the dead to protect the living."
