Ratings Success Spells Renewals For Three Program Partners Crime Dramas

Da Vinci's Inquest Heads into Year 4, Cold Squad Goes for Year 3 and ReGenesis Returns for Year 2

Los Angeles, CA - June 30, 2008 - Da Vinci's Inquest, Cold Squad and ReGenesis - the award-winning procedural crime dramas syndicated in the U.S. by Program Partners - have all been renewed for another year. Set to return Fall 2008, Program Partners' benchmark series Da Vinci's Inquest and Crime Watch, the procedural drama network comprised of Cold Squad and ReGenesis, have cleared in over 90% of the U.S.

Program Partners' Crime Watch network has consistently delivered solid ratings, achieving several season-to-date highs this spring. Da Vinci's Inquest also continues to be a stellar performer for Program Partners delivering solid ratings throughout its three consecutive years in U.S. syndication.

"The popularity of our procedural dramas has grown each year, and we are happy to give the shows' fans more of what they love," said Ritch Colbert of Program Partners.

Produced by Haddock Entertainment and Barna-Alper Productions, Da Vinci's Inquest is an award-winning prime-time procedural drama in the mold of the CSI and Law and Order franchises and is one of the most honored series in the history of Canadian television. Dominic Da Vinci (Nicholas Campbell) is the controversial coroner who - with the help of a compelling ensemble cast of forensic investigators, pathologists and homicide detectives - "speaks for the dead to protect the living."

Cold Squad is a one-hour procedural that features a strong female central character, Sgt. Ali McCormick (Julie Stewart), leading a team of forensic investigators and pathologists who uncover and resolve long abandoned and forgotten cases. Considered a progenitor to the highly successful CBS Cold Case franchise, Cold Squad has aired to high acclaim on CTV with over 30 Gemini nominations, including Best Actor, Best Actress, Best Supporting Actor and Best Supporting Actress wins.

ReGenesis is Shaftesbury Films' highly-acclaimed procedural drama about NorBAC (North American Biotechnology Advisory Commission), the special operations team headed by the brilliant but unpredictable Molecular Biologist Dr. David Sandström (Peter Outerbridge) and supported by a cast of forensic specialists and CIA operatives. Sandström and NORBAC battle dangerous and threatening cases involving deadly new strains of disease, mutant bacterium and bio-terrorism that, if left unsolved, could wreak havoc on a global scale. NorBAC may be all that stands between the public and rapid devastation.

Program Partners markets the series as an outgrowth of its overall distribution agreement with Thunderbird Films.
