 Zixx

Zixx Level Three rejoins the adventures of a trio of teen allies trying to outwit a nasty brew of evil aliens.

The popular YTV series revolves around a young intergalactic hero named Zixx Phunkee Zee (Barbara Mamabolo) and her ad hoc human team of teenagers as they work together to hold back a wave of alien villains and save the universe.

In the third season of the uniquely blended live action/digital animation show, Zixx will need her pals even more as they navigate between the real world and an original computer generated environment known as The Keep.

With the lessons they learned from Level Two, Zixx and her team are up to the task.

Riley (Ephraim Ellis - Falcon Beach, Degrassi The Next Generation) is as daring as ever, and his natural problem-solving sense is second only to his swashbuckling style.

Dwayne (Reece Thompson - In the Land of Women, Rocket Science) is tested from the very beginning of Level Three, but the asthmatic science whiz is fuelled by a new confidence he earned through his effort in unlocking the secrets of Level Two and helping lead the team to the next level.

Riley's young cousin Meghan (Brenna O'Brien - Scooby Doo 2) is not a little kid anymore and she is determined to prove it. Brave and independent, Meghan more than holds her own.

New this season is the upgraded animated versions of the team. As they morph into their animated selves to do battle in The Keep, the team faces a band of foes with upgraded "inventory" - better armour, better weapons and more strength.

Luckily the Level Three upgrades extend to Zixx and her team and their digitally enhanced versions are equipped with new suits, new gadgets and new powers.

This season also introduces a new member of the team named Tarphex (T-Roy Kozuki), a blast from the past for Zixx, who grew up with Tarphex and trained with him.

But all may not be as it seems, and at this stage of the game, can the team survive a betrayal?

Maya the Bee is a fresh new children's series produced in stunning high definition CGI animation. The series follows Maya, a particularly friendly and lively little bee with a tremendous sense of curiosity. With each new adventure, Maya learns about life and nature as she explores the meadow in which she lives. Her lively demeanour and joy of discovery serve not only to entertain but also to educate the young viewers on a myriad of topics in the natural world, but without ever being overt.
